Eating Smart–Being Active

      Making healthy food choices and being activity for 30 minutes can be a daily challenge for most adults. Both are complicated when resources are limited. Fresh vegetables, whole grains, and physical activity are important but not always priorities. The challenge is to take a life-enhancing message and make it useful, relevant, and affordable to limited-income adults.
