Nutrition research seems unbounded, encompassing all domains of life, industry, health,
chemistry and biology, and much of physics, justifying numerous text coverages. Necessarily,
this volume of 310 pages is selective and perhaps arbitrary. The current reference
has 7 chapters containing 40 sections, and rightly without apologies. The Editor describes
the included content as relevant and interesting, with which anyone should agree.
I enjoyed them all immensely.
