Bravo Express! No Sugar, Oil, or Salt Cookbook is a cookbook designed for quick, simple meals using few ingredients. The concept of the cookbook follows Chef Bravo's SOS-free whole-plant food diet of no sugar, oil, salt, or refined foods with a focus on whole grains and plant foods (no seafood or meat). The chef seems realistic in his approach to cooking and states, “If it's not tasty, you're not going to eat it.”
