- PreviewIt has been a year since we all became painfully aware of COVID-19. To be honest, I didn't expect that JNEB would have COVID-related manuscripts to publish. Today, I think we will continue to have COVID-related manuscripts for quite a while yet. Some of our articles have highlighted the associated food insecurity while others reflect our creativity in times of crisis.
