Innovative Food Analysis

      Innovative Food Analysis contains 13 chapters depicting the current objective food analysis techniques and technologies for specific components of the macronutrients, micronutrients, food additives, and food pathogens. Chapters highlighting the analyses to confirm food authenticity and traceability add an additional perspective to the volume. Required labeling components within the European Union were included for the macronutrients. As a postsecondary professor, I was hopeful that this text would assist me in educating undergraduate students’ food evaluation practices in the food science and food product development courses I teach.
