Jennifer Utter shares her time in health promotion and nutrition research with Mater Health and Bond University in Queensland, Australia. In her current role, she advocates for a healthier food environment for healthcare staff and explores how the eating behaviors of health care workers affects their well-being. Previously she spent 15 years at the School of Population Health, University of Auckland in New Zealand (now honorary Associate Professor) where her research focused on improving the nutritional well-being of young people.
