The Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior (JNEB) recognizes ad hoc reviewers and authors for their contributions to the scientific literature, through their work with JNEB. Reviewer of Excellence
This recognition is given annually to ad hoc reviewers who contribute numerous timely, high-quality reviews. The journal values the skills and dedication of all reviewers and their contributions to the success of JNEB. Recognitions for Reviewer of Excellence have been presented to the following individuals.
Platinum Authors
Over the preceding 10 years, these individuals have been author or co-author of more than 10 papers published in the Journal and are considered Platinum Authors.
Gold Authors
Over the preceding 10 years, these individuals have been author or co-author of 8 to 10 papers published in the Journal and are considered Gold Authors.
Silver Authors
Over the preceding 10 years, these individuals have been author or co-author of 6 to 7 papers published in the Journal and are considered Silver Authors.
High-Impact Awards
This recognition is awarded to authors of papers published 3 years previously that have had an impact on the scholarship and literature published in JNEB as measured through citations since publication.
Best Article Awards
The Best Article Award is selected each year by the Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior’s (SNEB) Journal Committee. All Research Articles published in JNEB in the previous volume (Jan-Dec of preceding year) are eligible to be selected by committee vote. This award is presented at the SNEB Annual Conference.
Best GEM Awards
The Best GEM (Great Educational Material) Award is selected each year by the SNEB Journal Committee. All GEMs published in JNEB in the previous volume (Jan-Dec of preceding year) are eligible to be selected by committee vote. This award is presented at the SNEB Annual Conference.
Best Research Brief Award
The Best Research Brief Award is selected each year by the Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior’s (SNEB) Journal Committee. All Research Briefs published in JNEB in the previous volume (Jan-Dec of preceding year) are eligible to be selected by committee vote. This award is presented at the SNEB Annual Conference.
