Managing Editor
Katy Henkel has been with FASS since 2020, as a technical editor and later as managing editor of the Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior. She has a journalism degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She began her career as a newspaper copy editor and later worked as a freelance technical editor and writer, creating high school curriculum materials. Most recently, she was assistant editor of the Journal of Education Finance.
